Liza’s family originated in Gillespie and Mason counties, and they moved to Fredericksburg when she was nine years old to open The Plateau Cafe on Main, so she considers herself a native of the Texas Hill Country. She gets some of her drive and determination from her 3X great-grandmother, who immigrated from Solingen, Germany, and proved to be a Texas Hill Country pioneer woman, having established herself as the largest barbed-wire distributor and first woman banker in Texas.
Liza began practicing real estate in 2002 and practiced successfully for 7 years before moving to Saudi Arabia in 2012. After returning to Fredericksburg, she revived her love of real estate- and she has been on fire ever since! Liza also owns a home renovations business Still Winds, where she renovates houses with designer details and Fredericksburg flair. She also owns a wildly successful B&B in town. Liza is personally involved in every step of selling, renovating, buying homes and running a B&B in the Hill Country, so there is no one better to help YOU in our beautiful town! When she is not showing property or decorating her newest renovation project, you can find her enjoying our beautiful wine country, volunteering at our local community theater, beekeeping, or spending time with her son, Ryder, and their pets!
