Savannah began her professional real estate career in 2017, and in both 2018 and 2019 ranked in the top 20 of our entire MLS for sales (#18 both years to be exact)!* She earned her team's Rookie of the Year Award in 2018 and has continued her exponential growth and reputation as a top agent since that time. She earned her GRI designation in 2019 and has served on the local board's Public Involvement Committee.
Savannah is a Fredericksburg native and grew up in the family business … well, businesses. As Absolute Charm's Team Leader's daughter (Tammy Pack), she learned at an early age the importance of hard work, professionalism, and creativity. Few are better at problem-solving and finding creative solutions than Savannah. Her clients often say they appreciate that she never "sugarcoats" what they need to hear and is extremely informed about the local market.
She began helping in her family’s retail store, Tea Rose Quilts, on Fredericksburg’s Main Street at the age of 10 just as the family started Absolute Charm B&B Reservation Service. Savannah quickly learned to use the B&B service’s software to make reservations, all while ringing up sales on the retail side as well. She is, therefore, extremely knowledgeable about every facet of the vacation rental industry... a factor that is highly appreciated by both her buyers as well as her sellers.
Savannah studied at Pepperdine University in California while interning a few days a week for a luxury real estate brokerage and gained a tremendous amount of practical skill. Even during that time, her advice was sought by the Absolute Charm team when developing ads, branding concepts, or any marketing piece. Now, Savannah has returned to her roots and is a key player on the Absolute Charm team!
In fact, her first major undertaking on returning from California was a complete remodel of Absolute Charm's stunning office... about which Texas Monthly has written, "One moment I'm standing on the front porch of an old Fredricksburg rock house, the next I'm stepping into what feels like an office in Austin or Dallas. She loves children and still teaches dance one afternoon a week at Fredericksburg Dance Company in addition to serving as a volunteer cheer coach at Heritage School. She also has the cutest mini golden doodle, whose online following will soon surpass us all! Her sweet puppy is named Mila, and she often accompanies Savannah on property showings. She is also active in her local chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni.
