  • We are ready when you are!  However, if you are looking to purchase a bed and breakfast or vacation rental, weekdays are MUCH more convenient.  As you can imagine, most B&Bs are booked on the weekends, making it virtually impossible to tour them.  The more successful properties also have significant weekday bookings, BUT they can be toured between reservations.  If it is at all possible, we highly recommend coming during the week (taking a day or two off work if required) so that you can visit the maximum number of properties and make the most of your trip.

  • So glad you asked!  Of course, we recommend Absolute Charm Vacation Rentals as a great source for finding the B&B getaway of your dreams.  They offer something for almost every budget.  If you are considering purchasing a B&B, it certainly makes sense to stay in one to get a feel for the way the operations work.  If you are coming to view the many luxury homes in the area, you should still treat yourself to a stay in one of Absolute Charm's elegant cottages, inns, or guesthouses.

  • While the best option is often to begin with bankers and/or investors who already know you personally, we do have extensive connections with local mortgage brokers and would be happy to discuss your options with you.  This is particularly helpful when purchasing a B&B, which is an unknown area for bankers in many locations.  Our preferred vendors are VERY familiar with the industry; so working with them often provides a quick jumpstart to the process.
